Dhaka Tri-series Match 2: Sri Lanka beat India by five wickets

Chanaka Welegedara took five wickets and Thilan Samaraweera (105* from 106) smashed an unbeaten century to help Sri Lanka outclass India by five wickets in the second One-Day International of the Tri-Nation Tournament in Dhaka. All-rounder Thissara Perera took the game away from India as he blazed 36 from just 15 deliveries, hitting six boundaries and a six, and was involved in an unbroken stand of 57 runs in 4.3 overs for the fifth wicket with Samaraweera. For India, Yuvraj Singh hit an 84-ball 74, which included six fours and two successive sixes. He also featured in a 99-run fourth wicket stand with skipper MS Dhoni who made 37.

Bangladesh Tri Series - 2010

Bangladesh will host a tri-nation one-day international series featuring India and Sri Lanka in January next year in Dhaka, the BCB has announced. Bangladesh take on Sri Lanka in the opening match on January 4 and the two top teams will face off in the final on January 13. Each team will play the other twice, all day-night games.
